When you buy a bundle, you receive 17 high-quality dog portrait designs—16 unique styles plus 1 bonus design. Additionally, we include three exclusive bonuses to help you maximize your designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) use.

All PNG files are provided in two ZIP archives — one with high-resolution files (5120×5120 px) and one with standard resolution (2048×2048 px) for your convenience.

You'll also receive a PDF file containing a link to a Canva template with 17 slides showcasing design examples. You can use this template as inspiration, a base for your own creations, or even as-is in your POD or digital products.

Please note: you’ll need a Canva account (free or Pro) to access and edit the template.

You can download each file up to 5 times — plenty for backups or using it across devices. Once downloaded, the files are yours to use as many times as you need in your projects. We set a download limit simply to prevent unauthorized sharing and protect your purchase.

There’s no expiration date, so you can access your files whenever you need them.

Bonus Canva templates aren’t limited — use them as often as you like!

For regular bundles: Each set takes over 16 hours to produce, including style curation, testing, and refinement — so you can skip days of design work and focus on selling. With 17 ready-to-use styles, it's a cost-effective way to build multiple POD products from a single source.

For custom portrait bundles: These are handcrafted from your pet’s photo using a mix of AI tools and manual artistry. Several styles are fully hand-illustrated for maximum uniqueness. Each project involves personalized processing, communication, and a stealth (private) delivery — making the price highly competitive compared to typical rates of $200–$300 for similar services.

For regular bundles: You’ll get three extras — an exclusive 17th style (Anime), resized PNGs at 2048×2048px, and a Canva template with 17 pre-designed slides to help you showcase or reuse the designs.

For custom portrait bundles: Your extras include the bonus Anime style, resized PNGs (2048×2048px), and a unique Children’s Book style illustration created specifically for your photo.

Some slides may include Pro elements, which require a Canva Pro account. These templates are included as a free bonus — you can use them as-is, customize them, or simply take inspiration for your own designs.

Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, if you encounter any issues or have feedback, we’re always happy to assist — just reach out!

For custom bundles: We offer a full refund only within the first 12 hours after the order is placed, as we begin working shortly after that. Once work starts, cancellations are not possible due to the time and resources involved.

To ensure you're happy with the final product, we follow a two-step approval process:

• Step 1: We send a mockup of the processed transparent photo for your approval. If you approve or don’t respond within 2 days, we proceed with conversion (auto-approved).

• Step 2: After generating the styles, we send a second mockup. You can request minor revisions. If you approve or don’t respond within 2 days, we finalize the delivery within the next 48 hours.

Note: This policy applies only to our regular public bundles. If you’ve purchased a custom bundle, you fully own the final designs — you're free to use, modify, or sell them however you like.

Our commercial license allows you to use the designs in both physical and digital end products for sale, such as in POD items or custom digital creations like calendars or templates.

However, you may not resell, modify, or redistribute the original digital files as standalone items. Any use must add clear, transformative value. This applies to both the main designs and any bonus files, including Canva templates.

Absolutely! We have two options:

1. You can order a custom portrait bundle and specify the breed or color you’d like — in this case, your design will remain private and won’t be published in our public catalog.
   
2. Or, you can message us via Live Chat or email us your request — we’re happy to consider it for future designs, though we can’t promise a specific timeline.

Yes! We offer a custom design service based on your pet’s photo. Each project includes 2 free revisions for each style — this is a standard industry practice to keep timelines smooth. If you’d like more changes beyond that, you can purchase an additional revision.

For the best results, please upload a high-quality photo that meets these guidelines:

• Eye-level angle: taken from your dog’s eye height, not from above

• Clear front view: avoid side or profile shots unless that’s your exact preference

• Good natural lighting and contrast

• Sharp focus: no blurriness or motion blur

• High resolution and detail

You may change your photo within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes are no longer guaranteed, as we may already be working on your mockup. If we notice the photo isn’t suitable, we’ll reach out to request a better one.

Yes, we use various AI tools — including MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Gemini, Immerse, HitPaw, Canva AI, ColorInch, Runway, and others — to speed up and enrich our creative process.

However, every design also involves significant manual work: from refining, styling, and editing to assembling cohesive bundles. Some of our design styles — especially those requiring fine detailing or artistic enhancement — are created entirely by hand without any AI involvement. On average, it’s a 50/50 blend of AI assistance and hands-on artistry.

No — all our designs are created and delivered in ‘stealth’ mode, meaning they’re not listed on stock sites or public design platforms. Each bundle is exclusive to our store and not distributed anywhere else.
